These are the full AP configuration runes. NOW YOU CAN CHANGE THE RUNES IF YOU WANT TOO AND I WILL TELL YOU WHAT IS GOOD AND WHAT I THINK DOG****
Second row:
: Good compared to a non-squishy comp and scales very well
: Haven't tried it yet, but it might be good for "Sustain". But for now you should be fine unless you're dealing with something like Syndra, Azir, etc. Try it against some champions and see if it works for you.
: Good against a mole comp (example Teemo/Quinn top, Assassin Jungler, Syndra/Zed mid, Draven/Caitlyn adc and Yuumi/Pyke/Soraka/Senna
________________________________________________________________________
Third row:
: I mean when it's full of ap. Ask for support, absolutely. But if not, don't worry.
: Honestly not bad if you need visions
: Good if you think you can rack up some kills/assists in the early game. And just a good overall rune for longer duration games.
________________________________________________________________________
Fourth line:
: Good for getting item spikes faster. But I really wouldn't recommend it unless you're familiar with making snowballs.
: THIS WILL NOW BE YOUR MAIN USER FOR BALBLLASTER. It works great with other items you build or need such as Night Harvester and Hextech Rocketbelt etc.
: It's pretty good, but I prefer Ingenious. IF YOU THINK YOU NEED TO CROSS A LOT AND DON'T WANT TO RECOVER, OR YOU NEED TO GET TO GOALS FASTER AND AIM A LOT, DO IT.
: No, do not worry. If you go ap you don't need that as you just need a one shot squishy/bottomline dps champion and when the fight is over you don't need an ult by then. EVEN IF YOU HAVE ALL THE EQUIPMENT AND THEY REVIVE IN 35-45 SECONDS. YOUR ULT IS BACK IF THE NEXT MAIN COMBAT IS AT THE END OF THE GAME. THEREFORE, DO NOT THINK OF GOING TO THIS RUNE.

Now we go to the second tree. There are 2-3 things you can do for the second tree. Witchcraft, determination and inspiration. I'll tell you what I think is worth trying, but try a few things and see what works.
WITCHCRAFT:
: I mean, if they're AP 4+ champions, absolutely do. But there are better options, and you can list AP comps pretty easily.
: Good for maintaining mana and scaling mid-game. But then again, with full AP, your job is in one go and not constantly throwing combos. And when the fight is over, you shouldn't be left with 0 mana anyway. If you decided to do a tank utility build and couldn't go to Everfrost or something, then go for it.
: Idiot if you have to escape a fight after using Summs or you'll get fucked more than a Brazzers pornstar. But his ult should help him stay alive after a combo. Unless they have real max health from DMG or just real DMG.
________________________________________________________________________
: Rather benefit-based. Go if you think you need to go to the tank.
: Corresponds to the Predator runes page. But I'll talk about it on the runes page (under "notes" on the Predator runes page)
Good in most games. Normally, you should have full HP when you go into a fight, so that extra AP helps to help out one-shot people who are out of position, or when you just want a gray screen sim.
________________________________________________________________________
: Good for first negotiations. Nothing else really.
: Combine haste with haste in team fights to roam and flank/fight. PLEASE USE IT AGAIN WITH PREDATOR AND I WILL EXPLAIN IT ON THE RUNES PAGE. (Under "Notes" on the Predator Runes page.)
: Always take this. Even matchups where you (not all) can lose will be good too. It scales so well at 30+ minutes and if you think the game is going to take too long this will help you stay relevant throughout the game.
________________________________________________________________________
Now we solve:
: You are not a split pusher. I think if you're playing someone who loves to roam like Katarina/Twisted Fate/Talon, sure, but if not, don't worry.
: literal support rune. Don't leave unless the tank is full.
: Watch this and you will be ddos.
________________________________________________________________________
: Good for a more aggressive playstyle, but DO NOT USE ELECTRIC SHOCK.
: One of the few things I would consider when you're in a strong fight like Cassiopeia, Syndra, or any Poke champion with fake reactions. Even if it's a melee fight and you know you're going to be traded for an unmissable combo, SW and Doran's Shield will help you stay sane. If so, continue.
: They don't have the confidence and/or fear to screw it up once and give an early game champion like Talon or Fizz a good advantage. So you can definitely do that.
________________________________________________________________________
: More for the fighting style of play. It pairs well with Everfrost as it's a bit more robust and scales well. Just don't go if they have a Fiora or Vayne.
Mission: I don't know if it helps with Alistar's Passive. If so, it might work if you fight or get killed with minions in lanes.
: Think you get blocked by a tank or support before or after your combo and don't want to get the gray screen? Then this is for you.
________________________________________________________________________
Now for inspiration:
: If you think you need to cross, absolutely. It's just a really cheesy early-game rune, but it might work if you're on the go. Works best for Alistar support
: So you decided to snowball Alistar and be more useful in the early game. So it will be ok as it's 300g you don't need. It's a high-risk reward, so it's up to you.
: The timer is and always will be broken if used at the right time. A 750G TIMER WATCH YOU CAN USE IN A BATTLE RESULTING INTO A DRAKE OR RIFT OR BARON is omega strong and good again if you want to play snowball.
________________________________________________________________________
. Do you think you will have a hard time getting these items? Sure, but Alistar can work without items in the early game due to his ******** Q+W+E combo to stun someone. Now if you think you need really fast items to be useful or hit enemies faster, no problem.
: Good for clearing the wave. It will be useful for roaming against strong wave cleansing shocks, but not for **** after 20 minutes, so Snowball again. If you choose to do this, use a dematerializer on a, likeIt is a.
Mission: Good for holding out and when you think you're going to run into mana issues.
________________________________________________________________________
: NOW I WILL REASON THIS RUNE IS ESSENTIAL IF YOU ARE INSPIRATION. Your champion can be difficult to function in the late game without a summoner, so with Boots of Cosmic Clarity + your Blitz becomes more available. Very good rune for late game team fights. Must have if you are looking for inspiration IMO.
: I don't know. Not really useful unless you have a front line that can stun an easy target so you can get there faster with one shot.
: I would have recommended that if it was season 11. But why would you do that when you can do Cosmic Insight? Don't worry.

Always choose 2 Adaptive Strength, then Health. You can switch to armor or magic resist if you want an early trade.
